We quickly cast aside our ordered-in delivery dinner to nom-nom-nom on her delicious stuffed pork tenderloin, baby-baby fingerling potatoes - sooo tiny!, what appeared to be sautéed radishes that tasted almost like sweet parsnips, and the tiniest micro greens topped with seeds from the fruit of Iran, pomegranate. Dish de-LISH!

My fav is one of her new ones, "Granate," in honor of the sweet but tart sensation.
"Granate" by Rebecca Weber
My only regret is not being able to sit down and spend time with this wonderful woman. Next time she's in town....
Until then, a spin of FashionWhirled to Rebecca!

P.S. Rebecca requests followers to her passion-ate blog, writing that she'll be serving up her dishes at "impromptu places." Duly noted! As impromptu, unexpected and thoroughly welcomed as just a few doors down, while wearing your jammies straight out of the shower with wet hair!
