That's the apartment to the left through the garden, down a step or two. Ducane gas grill (it may be old, but it stills cooks 'em great!) is for only the Cottage's use within the shared courtyard.
BR alcove bed to left, fireplace (non-working) is a focal point of that open room. Yes, that's an electric baby-grand in there! The current tenant is a beyond talented Renaissance man. He also designs stores for a major clothing corporation. You can tell by his stylin' chicness all throughout the apartment.
Kitchen has a new stainless fridge and dishwasher (thanks, Brandon!) and lots of storage space. Double-sided country sink and gas stainless range are a chef's dream in this wide-open L-shaped cucina.
Window you saw from the outside, now seen from inside, near the other fireplace. Door is to the left of window, and you enter through a vintage wooden screen door over a windowed wooden house door that's off the mudroom under the back building's steps.
Shower in European elegance or take a soak in the claw-foot tubby; there's also a window and a sink to the right.
