The audience jumped to its feet at the finale of Naeem Khan's Spring 2012 collection, a standing ovation for the designer's ability to induce ohhh's and ahhhh's -- luxe Red Carpet and social soirée set sizzling columns of glamorama.
Rich caftans opened and a ballgown closed the show, with the magnificent architectures of elegance in between boasting sparkling beading, vibrant hues, graphic cut-outs, asymmetric shoulders or sweeping skirts. Poppy, orange, rose, red and fuchsia popped amid yellow, golds, nudes and burgundies, while embroidery, crystal fringe and ostrich feather upped the ahhhh factor.
